To the BEACH!

"o hai gaiz!"

Sorry for not posting in forever, it's been a little over a month, and Chopin's done a lot of things like, his first bath, and walking outside, I feel bad for not blogging about those... :[

He's learned quite a few more tricks, but didn't seem too up for doing them when I was recording him, nevertheless, enjoy this video. (please ignore my fat legs in the end LOL, also I am sick so I sound nasaly)

but today we took him to the beach to socialize him, and have some fun.

"I am hesitant..."

Chopin was kind of scared of the other dogs (especially since they were more than twice his size) and this really energetic boxer puppy kept running up to Chopin and smacking him in the face, I don't think Chopin was too thrilled to meet other dogs after that; he kept hiding behind my legs.

We took him to walk on the seashore a bit as well, and he was terrified of the waves coming in, whenever I lured him over with treats, he'd see a wave coming and would run for dear life.

"sand is delicious! Also, look at my fat neck."

The car ride home was very quiet, Chopin was half asleep the entire time.
"I want go hooooome..."

When we brought him home he had a bath, then I gave his nails a trim and cleaned out his ears, so it's safe to say he was way exhausted. After pooping and peeing him in the yard, he plopped into his new crate and went to sleep.
"Leave me alone, I want to sleeep!!!"

Lazy afternoon...

Sorry for not posting so much, I've been busy with school and the such. Chopin is super well behaved, he's very patient with waiting for his food.

"waaait, waaaait, GOOD BOY!"

He's gotten pretty big as well, and longer.
his ears are a little stinky, he may have an ear infection from bathing :[ we try to dry his ears after his bath, but I guess we didn't get all of it; I've been cleaning his stinky earwax whenever I can as well.

Today I found him sleeping on his back in the crate, but when I opened the door to take a picture, he flipped over to his belly, so I got a picture of him mid-flip haha.

Little black sweater

We bought the cutest little black sweater for him, since he seems to be cold going outside to poo poo, he looks adorable in it, we also bought him a Mr.Orange amoeba man, he loves him.
I'm a little worried because it seems like he may have fleas? I found one flea on him, and then saw him itching and wasn't sure if it was because of his sweater or more fleas. I hope it's not from our house, or else we'll have to check Mujo the cat for them too.

On another note, I've taught him how to sit! It took forever to get him to pay attention, but I got excited when he finally plopped his fat little butt down, and now he's in his crate again for a little afternoon nap.

He does it so adorably...

Yay, he's finally home!!

On the ride home, I carried him in my lap, and we had a few toilet accidents, lucky for me my mom bought some toilet training pads (peepeepads) so I spread that out on the car floor and Chopin promptly had diarrhea. (from his shots and worming medicine). We thought we were finally out of the storm, but after putting him in his crate, he peed a little in there, and refused to get near the peepee.

"Don't put me back in there with the pee!"

Currently he's fast asleep in his crate and he looks so cozycomfy, he's gotten a little bigger since
we saw him two weeks ago and his coat is really starting to grow in.
